The Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) is funding projects on the topic of "Transfer and network integration of quantum communication" as part of the research framework program "Digital. Secure. The aim is to strengthen the security and resilience of digital infrastructures.
Funding is provided for projects that promote technology transfer and the integration of quantum communication systems into existing networks. The funding is aimed at consortia of research institutions, companies and network operators.
