For efficient procurement processes

The aim is to facilitate cooperation and knowledge sharing between public purchasers across Europe and make public procurement processes more efficient.
To this end, the European Commission has launched an innovative platform, the Public Buyers Community Platform.

Platform is open to all public procurement stakeholders in Europe, such as public authorities, industry, SMEs and universities. Here they can exchange best practices, can share experiences and discuss challenges.

The launch of the Community Platform is an important step to promote transparency, fairness and competition in public procurement. It follows the launch of the Public Procurement Data Room, which collects data on tender preparation, tendering and tender results.
