Glass sinter free 3D printed

A process developed at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) now makes it possible to print nanometer-fine structures of quartz glass on semiconductor chips. The starting material for 3D printing silicon dioxide acts as a hybrid organic-inorganic polymer resin.
