Turkey becomes part of the EU program

The European Commission and Turkey have signed an association agreement for the Digital Europe program. This will strengthen cooperation in the field of digital technologies between the European Union and Turkey.
Companies, public administrations and other eligible organizations in Turkey will thus have access to calls for proposals under the program, which has a total budget of 7.5 billion euros over the period 2021-2027. The program specifically targets participants from Turkey that use digital technologies to advance artificial intelligence and digital capabilities across the EU. In addition, digital innovation centers ("Digital Innovation Hubs") can be established in Turkey.
