Using public transportation with the (future) 49-euro ticket promises to be much easier than it is in the current fare jungle. For passengers, this "all-in-one ticket" represents a solution that is both convenient and inexpensive. However, mobility providers face a major challenge here. This ticket makes traffic planning and passenger routing more difficult, so it is no longer possible to track how many passengers use which mode of transportation.
In a joint project of DLR and sepp.med gmbh, a system is being developed whose use is interaction-free for passengers and enables mobility providers to gain insights into actual transport use. The idea is based on a method developed by DLR for recognizing means of transport using the sensor technology in our cell phones. This sensor technology can be used to reliably detect whether someone is traveling on foot, by bike, bus, streetcar, subway or commuter train. Integrated into a suitable app, the type of use and the duration of use of the means of public transport can be recorded without the user's intervention.
If the whole thing is supplemented by secure and anonymous data transmission to a cloud-based data collection system, a billing system can be implemented that does not require any interaction. In this presentation, we would like to describe how the whole thing can work and what other possibilities can arise from this approach.
The electrification of road transport is increasingly gaining momentum, also for local public transport. Using a realistic simulation, the presentation shows the implications and sticking points for bus line operators and municipalities when converting from conventional drives to an all-electric fleet.
Seamless mobility by public transport is often not that easy - and it is particularly challenging in rural areas, where there are usually far fewer mobility options than in the major urban centers. The reasoning here is entirely plausible: low demand generates relatively high costs for a timetable- and line-based system. On-demand seems to be the answer, but somehow it is not. Because even these offerings face the challenge of highly dispersed demand.
The KI4autoBus research project with the consortium of Fraunhofer IML, Q_PERIOR with qdive and DB Regio Bus is developing strategies to make on-demand mobility more efficient and user-centric with the help of artificial intelligence.
The presentation addresses an economic comparison of hydrogen fuel cell and battery-powered trucks compared to diesel trucks. A TCO calculation is performed, which considers the purchase of a truck for a fictitious freight forwarding company. The potentials and the development of alternative forms of propulsion in road haulage are shown.
Presentation of the, in the context of a project seminar developed, measures for the optimization of traffic routing during the reconstruction of the interchange A99 Munich East. An overview of current and construction challenges, based on a traffic data analysis and simulation, and resulting measures.

How long do I have to register or can I still register on-site?
The registration deadline for all events is usually one week before the event. In individual cases, registration is still possible after the registration deadline and on site. Please contact the event organization of the event. The contact details can be found on the respective event page under the contact person tab.

My data, the company name or the participant has changed subsequently. Is a change of the registration data possible?
A change of your registration data for the event is possible. To do so, please send an email with your change requests to the event organization of the event. The contact details can be found on the respective event page under the "Contact" tab.
Please note that if you make changes shortly before the event, it may not be possible to forward them in time for them to be printed correctly on the list of participants and on the name badge. If necessary, we will reprint your name badge on site at the event check-in.

How does the payment work?
When you register, you will be asked for a payment method. You can choose between the following payment methods: Credit card, PayPal or purchase on account. On-site payment is not possible by cash or credit card.
My company requires the imprint of an order number.
Please clarify before submitting your registration if you need an order number and note it on the registration form. Subsequent processing of your registration is possible, but will delay the invoicing process, whereupon there may be longer waiting times.
The invoice is to be issued to a different billing address.
You are welcome to specify a different invoice in the appropriate field during registration. It is also possible to send the invoice to a different address.

Can I participate in the event if my invoice is not yet paid?
Yes - participation in the event is possible even if the invoice is not yet paid. Payment is due 10 days after the invoice date, regardless of the event date.
- Information on hygiene protection measures at Bayern Innovativ GmbH events
The health of our employees, participants, service providers and business partners is close to our hearts. At the same time, we would like to contribute to infection control in Germany and protect you and us from infection.
Participation
Please come only if you are healthy. Individuals are excluded from participation,
- with contact with COVID-19 cases in the past 14 days
- with nonspecific general symptoms and respiratory symptoms of any severity.
If you develop symptoms during the event, please inform one of our employees and leave the venue immediately.
Check-in
On the day of the event, we will collect your private data* on site so that we can inform you immediately if we become aware of a case of infection within the next 21 days. At the same time, we ask that you inform us immediately if you show Covid 19 symptoms, test positive, or have already had unknowing contact with an infected person within the 21 days following the event.
Therefore, please allow extra time for check-in!
On the event site
Away from your seat, you are required to wear mouth-to-nose coverings throughout our event site. Please pay attention to the respective safety signage on site and keep at least 1.5 meters distance to your fellow guests at all times. We would also like to point out that there may be temporary access restrictions in some areas of the event site. We will provide sufficient hand sanitizer in all rooms.
In the lecture room
We will ensure the necessary distance between participants by providing appropriate seating. Mouth-to-nose covering is not mandatory in your seat, but away from your seat it must be put back on. We ask that you do not change seats during event hours.
Catering
You still do not have to forgo catering at our events. In coordination with the respective providers, we will develop a suitable and safe concept for each event in accordance with hygiene protection.
Hand hygiene, disinfection and sneezing etiquette - as a matter of course
Please use our hand hygiene means and follow the common hand washing rules. Please cough and sneeze only into the crook of your elbow. Frequently trafficked areas will be cleaned and disinfected for you by trained staff on a regular basis.

How can I register/apply to participate in the exhibition?
On the event page, under the "Exhibition" tab, you will find all the information about your participation in the exhibition at our events. Here you will also find the application form as a downloadable file. Please complete and sign this form and send it by e-mail or fax to the event organization. The contact details can be found on the respective event page under the tab "Contact".
What does application mean for exhibitors?
At the latest after the application deadline, a committee of scientific employees of Bayern Innovativ GmbH will decide on the admission to the exhibition. As soon as the selection of exhibitors has been made, you will receive further information to the e-mail address given in the application form.
Do I have to register my employees who will be in charge of the booth again separately?
The fee for the exhibition includes two exhibitor passes including participation in the event and catering. Additional participants must be registered in addition to the regular participation fees via the registration form in our online store.
What is all included in the booth fee?
On each event website, under the "Exhibition" tab, there is an overview of exactly what services are included in the fee for the exhibition. To do this, scroll down to the "Included in this price" section.
- How do co-exhibitors get access to the protected exhibition documents?
The current documents for the approved exhibitors at the joint stand can only be accessed after entering the participant PIN (login) .

Is there an overnight contingent for participants?
In some cases we offer an overnight contingent for our participants. You can find out if this applies to the event you have booked on the event page under the "Location & Directions" tab.

Please register via our onlineshop . Please note that registration is only possible with a valid press card.
After successful accreditation by our press department, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
- How do I cancel my registration or can a substitute attend?
What do I do if I can not participate after all?
A cancellation of participation is free of charge until 7 days before the event. If you cancel within 7 days before the event, you will be charged 50% of the invoice amount until the day of the event. In case of cancellation or a no-show on the day of the event, the full participation fee will be due.
Can a substitute attend the event in my place?
A substitution of the registered participant is possible by arrangement. For this purpose, please send us the name and company affiliation of the substitute person by e-mail to the event organization. The contact details can be found on the respective event page under the tab "Contact".
A substitute can also still participate on site. Please note that if a change is made at such short notice, the list of participants cannot be adjusted. We will be happy to create a new name badge in your name.

You will receive the invoice for your participation in the event approximately 10 days before the event.
In case of payment by Paypal or by credit card, we will send you the invoice by e-mail directly after the confirmation of your registration.
