Technician training - be a competence bearer of technical management in the future!

As the sponsor of the technical college, we, the Bavarian Industry Vocational Training Centers (bfz), impart the know-how for the tasks of the middle management level in a practice-oriented manner with our in-service training. The teaching staff consists of teachers from vocational schools and engineers from the regional plastics industry; they teach the young skilled workers according to the specifications of the curriculum of the Ministry of Education and lead them to the state final examination for technicians specializing in plastics engineering and fiber composite technology.

In addition to the general education subjects, the focus is on plastics processing, materials and plastics science, production and manufacturing technology, development and design, control and automation technology. Looking back on more than 25 years of technician training, we can say that the investment in four years of part-time training pays off for almost all graduates: it is a gateway to technical management and also opens up the possibility of a shortened bachelor's degree.
