Information
Post-processing is an essential part of additive manufacturing. Solukon offers a comprehensive range of powder removal systems for metal and plastic. The basis of all post-processing solutions is the exclusive Smart Powder Recuperation technology SPR®. Automated rotation and targeted vibration excitation ensure that powder is reliably removed from even the most complex internal structures. Solukon provides the optimum configuration for every geometry and every material: Flexible excitation forms, seamless digital process control and the unique SPR-Pathfinder depowdering software are just some of the many highlights. The Solukon systems are compatible with all common 3D printers (LPBF), can be inerted for reactive materials such as titanium and enable efficient, safe and sustainable post-processing.
Profile
Solukon is the leading manufacturer of systems for removing powder from jet-melted metal and plastic components used in additive manufacturing. The Augsburg-based company has extensive experience in post-processing and offers a wide range of industrial powder processing systems. Using the unique SPR® technology, the Solukon depowdering systems remove excess powder through automated panning and vibration excitation in a protected atmosphere.
