Recycling of electronic scrap | production of high purity metal powder

We recycle electronic scrap in a chemical-free and lossless process. All material used in production is fully recycled by us. We return all metals, all precious metals and rare earths, as well as the plastics they contain, to the recyclable material cycle. From this we create high-purity and high-finesse metal powders that are used, for example, in additive manufacturing. We recycle 'spent' metal powder, waste from 3D production. 

• Metal powder purity: from up to 99.99998% fineness: up to 2500 mesh (~3 micron) are possible. 
• Nano powder: up to 20 nano. Metal powders for additive manufacturing (typical) purity of 99.5-99.998% and fineness of 10-60 micron
• Shape: spherical, dendritic or brittle 
• Oxygen: production under vacuum or gas (argon) possible to produce oxygen-free powder 
• Alloys: are possible in all possible variants 
• Conductivity: up to 125% (cf. with CU) 
• Material: steel (e.g. 316L), copper, aluminum, gold, palladium, platinum, lithium, cobalt, titanium, tungsten, etc. 
• Quantities: we can also supply larger quantities of powder at short notice 
• Prices: quite attractive and competitive
