Within the Network Life Science Bayern Innovativ conceives and organises the 3rd Cooperation Forum "Biopolymers" in cooperation with the Competence Center for Renewable Resources Straubing.

The topics include:

  • Cellulose- and Lignocellulose-based materials and composites
  • High-performance and speciality polymers as well as biogenic structure materials
  • Industrial applications for biopolymers, e.g. in automotive, sports, packaging and medicine
  • Market overview bioplastics

The excursion on the preceeding day to the forum, 19 November 2012, at Kehlheim Fibres, Clariant's Sunliquid demonstration plant and the Straubing Center of Science is fully booked.
